Locations of Messe München: Year of Medical Congresses to Kick off with Euromedlab

Messe München remains a very attractive venue for hosting guest events for an extremely wide range of different industries, such as IT, medicine, pharmaceuticals, science, energy and politics. The wellestablished standing in the medical industry in particular demonstrates the importance of the Locations of Messe München for customers and events from all over the world. High-profile guest events for the medical industry will once again be taking place this year, starting with Euromedlab (the Congress of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine) in April. This will be followed by FOBI 2022 (the Advanced Training Week for Practical Dermatology & Venereology) in July and the DGGG Congress (the Congress of the German Society for Gynecology and Obstetrics) in October.

The printed electronics industry drives innovation in many industries

In the medical industry or the automotive industry, printed and organic electronics have reached mass products. This is evident at LOPEC, which was held from March 22 to 24, 2022 in the ICM – Internationales Congress Center München. A total of 156 exhibitors from 23 countries and around 2,000 visitors from more than 35 countries visited Munich for this international exhibition and conference for flexible, organic and printed electronics. The proportion of international participants was over 50 percent.

Spring kicks off with a trio of trade fairs: a strong year for Messe München with around 90 guest events

An important economic factor for Messe München and the location in and around Munich has for many years now been the numerous guest events. This year, around 90 guest events are planned in the Messe München halls, the ICM – International Congress Center München, the MOC Eventcenter München and the Conference Center North München. They will kick off in March with a trio of trade fairs—Mack-Brooks Exhibitions, one of our most important regulars at guest trade fairs. ICE Europe, CCE International and InPrint Munich will be held by the British guest organizer for the processing, paper and printing industry at the exhibition center in Riem from March 15 to 17, 2022 – in parallel and face-to-face.
