2023 is also full of international highlights: a total of 40 events will be held abroad in the current trade show year. The top events include ISPO Shanghai – Nanjing Edition with 88% more exhibitors than at the previous year's event, IFAT Africa with a strong comeback after the pandemic, as well as the strong trade fair month of September, in which five trade fairs were held in India alone, including electronica India, LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA and productronica India. Another highlight: the launch of transport logistic Southeast Asia in November.
Ten years ago, the first IFAT India took place at the Bombay Exhibition Center in Mumbai. Since then, not only has the industry grown rapidly, but IFAT India has also developed magnificently and is still on course for growth. For this year's event, which runs from October 17–19, the show will occupy an area of around 30,000 (up 100% on last year) square meters. In total, more than 350 exhibitors (up 40% from 2022) from 25 nations will present their products and innovations at the show. In addition, there are joint stands from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
