Last update: February 27, 2023
There are currently no restrictions on accessing or visiting an event on the exhibition grounds.
With the changes of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG), protective and hygiene measures are no longer mandatory. Messe München nevertheless recommends that its visitors and exhibitors adhere to safety standards that have now been learned for their own protection and that of others. This includes, among others, continuing to wear a mask voluntarily and keeping a minimum distance.
If you show signs of illness that could indicate infection with SARS-CoV-2, please refrain from attending our events.
Ventilation concept
All ventilation systems are operated with the highest possible proportion of fresh air and the lowest possible proportion of recirculated air. This maximisation of the air exchange rate ensures the highest possible proportion of fresh air. In addition, CO2 sensors additionally control the recirculation rate wherever possible.
Hand disinfection
We ensure regular and sufficient hand hygiene for all participants. Disinfection dispensers are still available at entrances and in front of sanitary facilities. Furthermore, the cleaning and disinfection intervals are also increased.
The following applies to international visitors: Trade fair participants may enter Germany subject to defined entry requirements. You can check at any time on the website of the Federal Foreign Office whether your departure area is currently classified as a risk area. Current information on entry requirements, visa or the digital registration for entry can be found at auma.de.
Our hotline is available to Messe München customers for further questions about the protection and hygiene concept.
The service hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday 09:00 to 16:00.
Please note that the situation is changing all the time. We will provide regular updates regarding all further developments and changes.
