Fujitsu Customer and Partner Event 2019
With over 9,500 visitors, the Forum at the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München was the largest Fujitsu event in Europe. It set a benchmark for the trends in the sector as a dialogue forum for new technologies and services. The Fujitsu design was brilliantly presented on arrival in the Foyer, and showed the brand to best advantage.
Telekom trade congress 2017
For this customer and partner event with 2,000 participants, a highly flexible concept was adopted, with individual stage design and seating layout. It made use of divided halls, each with two stages while an additional hall was used in a variable way, connecting to the Foyer, which is suffused with light. The participants were equipped with headsets, enabling them to view content on mobile screens. Besides the stage extension in the hall, a 16x5 m LED wall was a particular challenge at this event, due to the load distribution.

The MOC – Event Center Messe München in North Munich is ideal for smaller corporate events from 700 to 2,200 participants. On the one hand, it has four event halls with a total area of 14,000 m². Each hall has seating for 1,800 in a classic conference layout. On the other hand, the MOC is perfectly suited for events with a high requirement for a large number of break-out rooms.
For corporate events with about 6,000 participants, the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München is the ideal event venue. The ICM is Munich's only event location that can also be converted into an auditorium with rows of seats for 3,000 participants, and another 19 halls, 27 conference offices and 7,000 m² of exhibition space that can be used to stage workshops, presentations and exhibitions or as networking and catering spaces. Exhibition halls B1 and C1 of Messe München are directly connected to the ICM, so additional space requirements can also be met flexibly at any time.
Even larger corporate events, for example the Edeka Home Exhibition or the Huawei Product Launch, can be staged at the Convention and Exhibition Center. The 18 halls at ground level of Messe München are large, bright and equipped to the latest technical standards. Pillar-free construction and heights of between 11 and 16 meters mean that the space available is enormous. The high hall B6 is 7.80 m high, which allows exceptional scope to implement your concepts.
All the locations are notable for their clear architectural and site layout, making it easy for event participants to find their way around. From the ICM Foyer, event participants fan out radially into all the halls, and can easily find their way back. In the MOC too, all event halls are directly accessible via the Foyer.
