Established in 1990, Auto China takes place on an annually-alternating basis with Auto Shanghai. Being held every two years in Beijing, Auto China has developed to one of the most important automotive fairs in the world. Since 2010 Auto China was held at both New and Old China International Exhibition Centers simultaneously. Auto China 2016 had an exhibition area of 220,000 square meters and 1.600 exhibitors from 14 countries and regions attending the fair.
