As one of the leading international automotive trade fairs AUTO Shanghai offers an excellent platform to car makers and automotive suppliers for the presentation of new technologies and products as well as for the exchange of information and the establishment of new business contacts. Since its launch in 1985 AUTO Shanghai has developed into the most important trade fair for the automotive industry in Asia, each time recording increasing numbers of exhibitors and visitors. At Auto Shanghai 2015 over 1,100 exhibitors from 18 countries presented their products and services on 350,000 square metres of exhibition space to more than 928,000 visitors from China and abroad, for the first time at the new trade fair site National Exhibition and Convention Centre (NECC).
