Highlight Technology Pavilion
At the heart of the Bauzentrum Poing is the Technology Pavilion, operated by Messe München GmbH. Serving as an impressive entrance building, it provides space for exhibitions while showcasing innovative energy concepts, intelligent architectural solutions, and modern home technologies for heating and cooling.
The Pavilion brings the full spectrum of innovative construction to life: new building methods, resource efficient solutions, and energy-saving technologies are showcased here in a practical, hands-on way. Its structure, façade, and technical infrastructure are modular, allowing individual components to be swapped out and new technologies to be tested and presented at any time.

Facts and details about the Bauzentrum Poing
The Bauzentrum Poing, Bavaria’s largest exhibition for single-family homes, is a joint project of Messe München GmbH (organizer) in collaboration with the Eigenheim & Garten Exhibition Company (operator). Visitors enter the site through the Technology Pavilion, which was opened on May 29, 2000, as a global project for EXPO 2000. Since then, the Bauzentrum Poing has earned a nationwide reputation as a hub for construction and living events, thanks to the innovative technologies showcased in the Technology Pavilion.
