Trade Fair Center Messe München
As an exhibitor, Messe München offers you the opportunity to conveniently book your stand technology and equipment online via a shop. There you will also find all the important documents and information you need for successful stand planning.
After you have registered your stand, your organizer will inform you of all the organizational details regarding your participation in the trade fair and you will receive an admission and rental invoice from him.
Before the start of the event, you can order everything else such as technical equipment, furniture or parking tickets via Messe München's exhibitor shop. Messe München or its service partners are responsible for invoicing.
There will not yet be an exhibitor shop for every guest event. Please ask your organizer about the current ordering process.
When you register your stand with the organizer, you specify a contact person with an e-mail address for each stand. This contact person will be stored as the main contact for the shop and will automatically receive an e-mail request to register after the shop goes live. After successful registration, the main contact is given access to the shop. There they can place orders or use the “Manage authorizations” menu item to grant login authorization for other people so that they can also place orders.
