We give your business space

Messe München features a great variety of conference and meeting locations which can be rented for presentations, meetings and events. Availability is limited, and rooms will be rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

The seating layout in the conference rooms can be individually arranged—e.g. in U-shape, parliamentary seating or row seating. Telecommunications services (telephone, Internet and accessories) can be ordered via the Exhibitor Shop and are subject to a charge.

Enjoy our extensive catering offer: a fresh coffee in the morning, a snack in between or a leisurely lunch away from the hustle and bustle of the fair. Our cafes and bistros, the restaurants or the beer garden in our beautiful Atrium between the halls invite you to relax between appointments and get pampered by our service partners with culinary delights.

Wheelchair accessible locations

Sanitary facilities for wheelchair users are located at the West, East and North entrances, on the south sides of the A and B halls, on the north sides of the C halls, near the information counter and in all hall restaurants on the 1st floor:

• Restaurant B2/B3: on the Expressway between Halls B2 and B3.
• Restaurant C1/C2: on the Expressway between Halls C1 and C2
• Restaurant B4/B5: on the Expressway between Halls B4 and B5

Opening hours and availability depend on the fair. Please ask for the opening hours of the restaurants at the information counters on site.

Baby on board

We also think of our youngest trade fair visitors:

• You will find a spacious baby changing room in both the West and East Entrances. There is also seating for breastfeeding in these rooms.

There are further changing tables in the following restrooms:

• in the North Entrance in the ladies' restroom
• in Hall C5 in the ladies' restroom on the north side and in the wheelchair-accessible restroom on the south side
• in Hall C6 in the wheelchair-accessible restroom

We also have mobile changing tables, which are distributed to other halls depending on the event. Please ask at the information counters on site for the locations.

At the MOC Event Center Messe München there are sanitary facilities on all three floors, the barrier-free toilet facilities are located on the first floor. Baby changing tables are located in the sanitary facilities in the foyers.

A trade show participation means intensive discussions and business deals which will go all the more smoothly if the atmosphere is right. Flowers, plants and rental furniture in a wide range of design options—from classic to modern—will create subtle accents here and there, be it through an individual item or with complete office, shelving or kitchen systems. Floor coverings and carpeting structure the individual booth areas while printed messages on flags, banners and walls advertise your company and provide information. Light and audio systems emphasize the desired atmosphere on the exhibition stand. Under lock and key:
To keep your valuables safe, mobile lockers are set up in the entrances, depending on demand. The fee is 1 euro per closure. Larger pieces of luggage should be checked at one of the cloakrooms.

Please note that there are no lockers available at the MOC Event Center Messe München.Larger items of luggage can be left at the checkrooms.

And off it goes:
You can find the mailboxes in front of the West Entrance and the East Entrance. Collection of mail is from Monday through Friday at 16:30 and on Saturday at 10:30.

At the MOC Event Center Messe München the mailbox is located directly outside the building in front of Entrance 3.

A worldwide network and many years of know-how ensure the safe consignment of all shipments by sea, surface and air, and their exact time of arrival in Munich. They give competent advice on special transport issues, safety and environmental directives and customs clearance. But they also provide assistance on site, including such services as empties handling, interim storage and the rental of cranes, forklifts or working platforms and hydraulic lifts for booth setup and assembly.

Trade show attendance as easy as child's play:
A number of major trade shows offer professional and free childcare for children from three to ten years by experienced kindergarten teachers.

Good to know:
All trade show-related questions can be addressed to the information counters which are set up in all open halls and entrances. Furthermore, our hostesses and hosts offer a fax service and keep a supply of the following brochures ready for you.

The information counters are marked with a big 'i' and are located at the north ends of Halls A and C, at the south ends of Halls B and in the entrances before the turnstiles.

Room of Silence:
Our prayer room on the 1st floor of Hall B6 close to the Visitor Expressway is open to all faiths. It has separate prayer rooms each for members of the Christian faith, Jewish faith and Islamic faith with an adjoining foot-wash room. Opening times vary depending on events.

Thanks to the convenient moving walkways on the 1st floor, you can reach all halls and entrances in no time.

The fast visitor transport runs from the West Entrance to the East Entrance.

Up and down to all levels of the event:

The entire exhibition center is equipped with wheelchair-accessible passenger elevators that allow easy level changes.

The elevators are located at the West, North and East entrances, on the south sides of the A and B halls, and on the north sides of the C halls.

All exhibition areas and catering facilities are accessible without thresholds at ground floor level and are equipped with floor coverings suitable for wheelchairs.

At the MOC Event Center Messe München you will find barrier-free entrances, elevators and toilet facilities, as well as barrier-free parking spaces (charges apply).

No matter whether you would like to accommodate a large team or need just a few nights' accommodation for one or two people: our service partner arranges individual hotel rooms or whole allotments for you. The range is as wide as it is deep—from a pulsating downtown location through to accommodation in the immediate vicinity of Messe München. Particularly practical: Hotel rooms available for specific trade shows are listed on a booking platform. For those who prefer to stay in a private accommodation, the portfolio includes furnished rooms, studios, apartments or whole houses as an inexpensive and more personal alternative to hotels. Travelers arriving by train or air can reach Messe München by public transport with easy, direct connections. Parking facilities are, of course, also available in sufficient numbers.

The Security Control Centre, which is manned around the clock, takes care of security at the Munich Trade Fair Centre.

Our security service is constantly on duty throughout the exhibition grounds. The staff control entrances, access routes and traffic. They provide assistance in the event of accidents, damage or theft. In emergencies and security-relevant events, they are on the spot immediately.

Concentrate on the essential:
Things you don't need during the show can be stored in our cloakrooms. They are located on the lower levels of the West and East Entrances, and on the ground floor or first floor of the North and Northwest Entrances. Cloakroom operations depend on the opening of the respective entrance. As a rule, it starts one hour before the exhibition begins and ends one hour after the exhibition closes. For official evening events, opening hours will be adapted accordingly.

The lost property office at the Trade Fair Center is located in the security centre in the Messehaus at Gate 1. At the MOC Event Center Messe München you will find the lost and found office is located in the security control center in Foyer 3 on the first floor.

They are open around the clock and accessible from the outside. The lost property is kept for approx. 4 weeks and then handed over to the municipal lost property office.

To make this happen, our service partners offer you the full range of technical services required: from the planning, implementation and maintenance of ceiling suspended units (rigging and suspension points), lighting engineering and compressed air technology, through to custom-tailored telecommunications solutions. When it comes to multi-media information and communication technologies, Messe München boasts one of the most modern network infrastructures worldwide.

Parking concessions for people with disabilities:

With a severely disabled pass, you can park free of charge in the West multi-storey parking lot in the special parking areas at the front of each level. Please exchange your parking ticket for a free exit ticket before leaving the parking garage. You can obtain this from the APCOA Deutschland GmbH office on level 0 in the multi-storey parking lot or directly at the barrier.

In the event parking areas in the open-air grounds, please proactively show your severely disabled pass to the cashier on site so that you can enter free of charge.

Please also have your severely disabled pass ready when you exit the car park.

Up and down into the trade fair:

Access from the Messestadt West and Ost subway stations is wheelchair accessible as well as to general access to all entrances.
The entire exhibition center is equipped with wheelchair-accessible passenger elevators that allow easy level changes.
The elevators are located at the West, North and East entrances, on the south sides of the A and B halls, and on the north sides of the C halls.
All exhibition areas and catering facilities are accessible without thresholds at ground floor level and are equipped with floor coverings suitable for wheelchairs.

The MOC Event Center Messe München features barrier-free parking spaces (subject to a fee) as well as wheelchair-accessible entrances, elevators and sanitary facilities.

The first-aid service is always present at events—from set-up through the entire duration of the fair to dismantling. You will find first-aid stations at the West and East entrances and in Hall C4—depending on hall occupancy. Paramedics and doctors treat medical emergencies directly on site. If necessary, they will be supported by the public ambulance service.

Easy Travel:
In cooperation with Lufthansa (LH), Messe München GmbH offers a check-in service for your baggage on site at the exhibition center. After checking in online for a LH, LX or OS flight simply drop off your baggage on the day of travel at least 5 hours before departure at the specially designated Baggage drop-off Counter, and Lufthansa will transport your baggage to the airport and check it for your flight free of charge. This allows you to enjoy a relaxed trip from the exhibition center to Munich Airport and reduces time spent during check-in. After arrival at your final destination airport you will receive your baggage as usual at the baggage claim.
