Transparency and Usage Guidelines compliant with the Digital Services Act (DSA)
The user shall not, in the context of using the services:
- store, publish, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available any content that infringes the rights of third parties, including without limitation patents, trademarks, copyrights or neighbouring rights, trade secrets, personality rights, or property rights, or that violates regulatory requirements, agreements with third parties, consumer protection law, competition law, advertising law, or professional regulations applicable to specific professions or professional groups;
- store, publish, distribute and/or transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other information, files, or programs designed or suitable to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- store, publish, distribute and/or transmit any content that the user is not authorised to disclose or forward;
- forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted within the scope of the services;
- store, publish and/or transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional material, junk or mass emails (“spam”), chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other commercial offers;
- violate national or international legal provisions;
- collect, process, store, or transmit information or personal data about other users without their explicit consent;
- store, publish, or transmit personal data—such as name, address, date of birth, or similar—relating to themselves or other natural persons in their content.
If Messe München becomes aware of any content as described above, Messe München shall be entitled, after reasonable review, to delete or temporarily block such content. Depending on the severity of the violation, Messe München shall also be entitled to suspend the respective user account and to exclude the user from using the platform.
